In this role, you will lead end-to-end PeopleOps processes, manage key third-party vendor relationships, navigate Brazilian labor relations, and mentor a talented team. By optimizing systems, driving process improvements, and utilizing data-driven insights, you will directly influence operational efficiency and the overall employee experience across Brazil.</p> <p>As a strategic operational leader, you will act as the primary point of contact for PeopleOps matters while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
