Working remotely from your home office, you will independently handle a litigation-focused caseload while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the claim lifecycle. In this role, you will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages, conduct thorough investigations, and work closely with customers, attorneys, and other claim stakeholders. Communication will occur through multiple channels, including phone, email, and text. Leveraging innovative claims platforms and tools, you will negotiate settlements, manage litigation exposures, and help drive fair and timely claim resolutions. This position is designed for an experienced litigation/complex claims adjuster who is comfortable handling higher-severity bodily injury claims and navigating the litigation process.Key Responsibilities:Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with business unit best practices.Review policy language and analysis determine coverage.Reviews of medical reports in preparation for claims settlement evaluation.Coordinate the appraisal process for highly complex, disputed claims, ensuring adherence to policy provisions.Determines and explains coverage limits in moderately complex and complex claims involving single or multiple claimants, also determines claim value.Sets initial reserve, updates reserve, documents rationale
