You will shape and execute the product vision, lead product discovery and road mapping, and make strategic decisions that maximize customer, agent, employee, and business value. You will serve as the single accountable product voice for your assigned Digital Product Family, leading and developing a team of Digital Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Business leaders to deliver measurable customer, operational, and financial outcomes.As the Lead Digital Product Manager for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise customer identity and access capabilities. This includes shaping secure, scalable solutions for customer onboarding, registration, profile and account management, authorization, and web access experiences. You will collaborate across cybersecurity, IT, UX, engineering, and business teams to deliver platforms that enable trusted customer interactions while reducing friction and improving operational efficiency.The CIAM team plays a pivotal role in advancing customer identity and access management initiatives across the organization.
