From analyzing issues and testing solutions to automating processes and integrating across platforms, your work will touch every layer of IT infrastructure.At Kyndryl we support all major cloud platforms, so you'll get the chance to use everything you know - and then some. You'll also become expert at knowing when and how to call on other SMEs outside your wheelhouse. Thinking your way around pre-existing limitations will grow your creativity and flexibility. You will have the power to delight our clients.What You Will DoLead Microsoft Intune administration, configuration, and optimization across enterprise environments, ensuring efficient endpoint management and service delivery.Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle, including device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, OS updates, and Windows endpoint administration.Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and drive modernization initiatives, including migration from traditional Group Policy (GPO) management to cl
