The Senior Manager of Services Engineering & Programs is responsible for designing and scaling repeatable, outcome-driven services offerings aligned to product strategy and customer needs.This role partners closely with Product, Sales, and Delivery to ensure services offerings are clearly defined, effectively positioned in the market, and delivered consistently at scale.
