The opportunityDo you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and understanding how things work?We are looking for an R&D Measurement Specialist to join our R&D organization in Ludvika. In this role, you will combine hands-on laboratory work with analysis, investigation, and development of measurement solutions.You will work close to testing activities and product development, helping transform ideas, experiments, and measurements into valuable technical insights. Your work will support both ongoing development projects and future innovations.The role offers a broad technical scope. One day you may be setting up a measurement system in the laboratory, and another day you may analyze data, investigate technical issues, or contribute to developing new test methods.You will collaborate with engineers, laboratory specialists, project managers, and product experts across several technical disciplines. The environment is highly collaborative and gives you the opportunity to continuously learn, develop, and deepen your technical expertise.We value curiosity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to explore new technologies. You do not need experience in every area from day one.
