Job Description The Digital Designer is a high-impact direct response design position on the Creative Team at Achieve, a leading financial services company. It offers a talented digital designer the opportunity to directly drive business growth and expand our team's capabilities with innovative, highly engaging ads, emails and other digital creative. You will have the opportunity to support Brand design needs. It is a remote position, although there may be meetings required at our San Mateo, CA and/or Tempe AZ offices.This role demands someone who is part designer, part scientist, and part psychologist. You'll spend each day collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business goals, and with other members of the creative team to concept and produce emails and ads to test data-driven hypotheses. You will help drive business results as well as valuable insights about our audiences.To succeed in this role, you need to be experienced in designing to stop the scroll and passionate about using your creative skills to connect with the end user and compel them to take action. You embrace a broad range of design aesthetics and love to innovate, yet your design choices are informed by data and you know how to design within brand guidelines.
