This role is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting automation systems, and driving operational excellence in a 24/7 environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop maintenance and janitorial team members.Oversee facility maintenance, automation equipment, conveyors, sortation systems, and material handling equipment.Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, DEA, DOT, and facility safety requirements.Manage facility projects, contractor relationships, and vendor performance.Oversee security systems, preventative maintenance programs, and facility audits.Manage MRO inventory, budgets, and resource planning.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, reliability, and operational performance.Minimum Requirements2+ years of leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or distribution operations.Experience leading frontline employees in a fast-paced operational environment.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of PLCs, warehouse control systems, and industrial automation equipment.Experience wi
