You’ll receive hands-on training, focused coaching, and support from experienced teammates and leaders as you learn the role and build confidence in USAA’s claims environment.Once you successfully complete onboarding, you’ll transition to a flexible hybrid schedule requiring three days each week in the office.This position is based in Tampa.
