Join us and make a significant impact on the future of power delivery!How you'll make an impactLead the execution of multi-million-dollar EPC mega-projects, ensuring on-time and on budget completion.Provide strong, supportive leadership for a large global and diverse team, including project managers and other specialists.Foster a culture of safety, prioritizing health and quality throughout the project lifecycle.Proactively manage change, assess risks and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Take full ownership of project P&L, leading budget planning and execution.Build strong relationships, effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and business partners.Your BackgroundBachelor's or Master of Science degree, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil EngineeringExcellent fluency in written and spoken English.Proven track record of delivering large-scale EPC/turnkey projects in power, energy, industrial, infrastructure or oil & gas sectors.Experience in power generation, transmission & distribution, or power conversion (HVDC, substations, etc.) is a plus.Strong communication skills, effectively managing client relationships and subcontractor inte
