You will work closely with our lawyers and take on increasing responsibility over time.What you’ll do:Support our Legal Team on domestic and international projects, in particular by reviewing and preparing first drafts of cooperation agreements with clients and partners.Research legal questions raised by our Product, Project Management and Sales teams and prepare concise memos, with a focus on financial services regulation (e.g. WpIG, MiFID II, DORA).Conduct initial legal reviews and risk assessments of vendor agreements and summarise the key points for the responsible lawyer.Help develop and maintain our standard contracts, templates, playbooks and other key legal documents essential to operations.Maintain and structure our contract inventory (cont
