About the role: The Senior Director, Regional Actuarial, plays an instrumental role in Oscar's enterprise Pricing function, influences and guides a team to drive actions in support of Oscar's ACA Individual market strategies and financial goals. As a key driver of pricing excellence within the organization, the Senior Director collaborates closely with analytical and business leads across Finance, Market P&L, Insurance Product, Medical Economics, and Government Affairs to ensure progress towards the company's strategic growth objectives. This role is also accountable for crafting high impact content, such as executive-level reporting and presentations, designed to inform senior leadership on pricing strategies and risks, market-level insights, competitive trends, and macro market dynamics. You will report to the Vice President, Actuarial. Work Location: This position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in the U.S., excluding Alaska; Delaware; Hawaii; Louisiana; Montana; North Dakota; Oklahoma; West Virginia; Wyoming; and U.S. Territories.
