Join at a stage where you can shape our Legal function, help build the team and grow your responsibilities as the company expands.About the RoleAs Legal Counsel, you'll own SE3's legal work, from negotiating commercial contracts to building the legal processes we need as we grow. You'll work closely with our founders in Munich and coordinate specialist external counsel on export, procurement and international questions. This can be your first role leading a legal function.What You'll Work OnContract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial contracts and help the team close them quickly.Corporate & Employment: Coordinate advice on corporate and employment matters.Export & Procurement: Work with specialist external counsel on export control, government procurement and international questions.Legal Processes: Build clear, practical legal processes that help the team make decisions.Advising the Team: Explain legal trade-offs clearly so the founders and teams can act.Your ProfileYou take ownership of outcomes and remove obstacles without waiting for direction.
