This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a talented team while driving operational excellence across a complex product suite within the regulated medical device space, supporting both U.S. and international markets.Responsibilities include:Lead full-stack technical strategy and architecture, spanning front end, back end, data, and integrations.Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team, with a focus on talent growth, team health, and sustained impact.Collaborate closely with product and UX to shape product vision, features, and roadmaps.Partner cross-functionally with technical project managers, software QA, quality engineers, regulatory specialists, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure consistent, on-time execution of project plans.Ensure delivery of secure, reliable, and maintainable software by driving excellence in quality and regulatory compliance.Lead deployment planning and execution across lower and production environments, minimizing user impact and ensuring predictable outcomes.Own production support act
