About the Client A global technology company headquartered in the United States, specializing in personal computing, printing solutions, and related services. It focuses on secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions that enable productivity and support digital transformation across industries. What You’ll Do Assess the current Martech ecosystem, including platforms, interfaces, dependencies, and data flows. Document current-state and target-state architecture for Martech consolidation initiatives. Identify duplication, redundancy, integration gaps, and rationalization opportunities across tools and platforms. Define unified data and business process flows across the ecosystem. Define integration approaches, interface patterns, and solution design recommendations aligned with enterprise standards, including resilience, failover, and risk considerations. Develop recommendations for consolidating overlapping applications into a simplified and scalable future-state landscape that supports AI-driven initiatives. Work with business, product, engineering, security, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into practical architecture decisions. Contribute to implementation planning, sequencing, and governance for consolidation workstreams. Produce clear architecture documentation, decision logs, and dependency views to support execution teams. Define integration approaches, interface patterns, and solution design recommendations aligned with enterprise standards with strong failover/vulnerability plan.
