Tempus is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative leader to establish and mature Internal Project Management and Change Governance as enterprise-wide disciplines. This role will be responsible for developing the frameworks, standards, governance practices, and operating routines that enable teams to effectively plan, prioritize, govern, and execute change across the organization.The Director of Internal Project Management and Change Governance will serve as the central leader responsible for creating consistency, transparency, and accountability across Tempus' portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives.
