The ideal candidate will have prior auto field adjusting experience and an active adjuster license. This position operates in a competitive, high-volume market and requires strong negotiation skills, particularly when working with repair shops. CCC estimating experience is preferred. This role primarily handles collision-related claims and requires someone who can work independently while maintaining strong organizational and documentation skills.
