This is a startup model: attitude and adaptability matter more to us than years of experience or the size of team you've previously managed.This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and our EOR and benefits providers, regional legal and finance partners, and every hiring manager relying on one people function as we scale.What You'll DoYou will provide day-to-day operational and technical support across Radiant's IT systems, hardware, and end users. The role acts as a first point of contact for IT support requests and plays a key part in keeping core systems, devices, and user accounts running smoothly, securely, and in line with company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesService desk and user supportAct as first point of contact for IT support requests, logging, triaging, and resolving tickets, escalating to senior colleagues where appropriateSystems and account administrationAdminister user accounts through the joiner, mover, and leaver process, including account creation, permission changes, and timely deactivation of accessAssign and track softwa
