This includes confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages, and negotiating settlements within assigned authority limits. The role also includes mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping to drive consistent, high-quality claim handling and development across the team.We are seeking an experienced UM Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Consultant to join our UM Casualty team. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, excel at managing multiple priorities efficiently, and demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
