The role sits within Platform Engineering and is based primarily at the production site, dispositioning nonconformances and Material Review Board (MRB) actions for electrical systems and sub-assemblies, resolving design questions in real time, and closing the loop between production and design so that issues get root caused and fixed at the source. To hold that authority credibly, this role also contributes to upstream electrical design - architecture, analysis, schematics, and design reviews - so they have the depth needed to make sound disposition decisions on the floor. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong technical judgement in electrical and power systems engineering, the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced production environment, and the credibility to influence both design engineers and production teams.
