Reporting to a Divisional Sales Manager, this role combines strategic territory development, relationship management and point-of-sale support to help financial advisors address clients' retirement income needs.The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully virtual, however individuals must currently reside in the territory, as travel through the assigned territory is required. What you can expect:Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow Prudential fixed and variable annuity production across the assigned Bank/Wire channel.Build, deepen and sustain relationships with new and existing financial advisors and key distribution partners.Deliver compelling product, market and retirement-income presentations that connect Prudential solutions to advisor and client needs.Provide point-of-sale support that helps advisors position annuity solutions within holistic retirement planning conversations.Use knowledge of financial markets, competitive dynamics, and advisor needs to identify opportunities and adapt sales priorities.Partner closely with an aligned Internal Wholesaler to execute territory strategies, identify opportunities, and deepen advisor engagement.Manage a high-travel regional schedule while maintaining consistent follow-through, communication, and sales discipline.What you'll need:Strong financial services sales experience.Experience selling annuities, retirement income, or wealth management solutions through advisor distribution channels.Experience workin
