You'll work with advanced networking technologies, resolve critical incidents, support network migrations, and help improve network performance and security.We're looking for a strong Network Engineer with hands-on Cisco SD-WAN experience who can troubleshoot complex network issues and work independently in a remote environment.What You'll DoSupport the Army's global network operations, ensuring 24/7/365 network availability, performance, and security.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents, outages, and connectivity issues.Configure, maintain, and support Cisco SD-WAN and enterprise networking technologies.Execute approved network configuration changes, security updates, and remediation activities.Manage incident and service request tickets using Jira Service Desk or other ITSM tools.Monitor network performance, capacity, and reliability and recommend improvements.Support network migrations, system integrations, cutovers, and modernization initiatives.Work remotely while collaborating with geographically dispersed engineering teams during incident-response bridges, meetings, and troub
