You'll plan, execute, and evaluate educational content that's relevant, engaging, and drives real business outcomes for our customers. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Success, you'll collaborate across Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to create strategic content that helps customers get the most out of their Pluralsight subscriptions. We're looking for someone who loves learning, has exceptional storytelling abilities, and thrives in a role where continuous improvement drives everything you do.What you'll doWork closely with key stakeholders to identify educational needs and develop solutions that drive customer success and business outcomesLead and execute projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines and deliverables while collaborating with subject matter experts to evaluate successBuild, operate, and lead a cohesive webinar series with both evergreen content and unique content based on new trends and customer needsApply qualitative and quantitative data to identify learning gaps, measure content performance (tracking what's resonating, what's driving traffic, what's reducing support tickets, and CSAT ratings), and iterate based on those insightsCreate engaging content aimed at just-in-time resources that help customers get the most out of their Pluralsight subscriptions and use data to determine engagement, success metrics, and opportunities for improvementOwn customer playbooks and content creation, training with the customer teams, and ongoing operational preparedness as new features or products are releasedWhat you'll bringProven expertise working with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, Zendesk, or
