The teams' role is to fulfill Liberty Mutual's promise through the development of contract language and customer notices. You will be responsible for strategizing, owning, maintaining, and assessing competitiveness and compliance of forms and contracts.: This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location. The level of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion. In this role you will: • Manage personal auto product forms and contract initiatives with an understanding of our contract strategy.• Complete competitive intelligence research for specific states.• Analyze information from various resources to develop recommendations. Independently drive revisions with a focus on quality and customer centricity. Own communication of changes to impacted stakeholders.• Research and answer inquiries related to coverages, forms, and contracts from the organization and provide recommendations.• Monitor bureau and state activity, evaluating impacts to existing products.
