Experts who share knowledge openly and collaborate freely.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and deploy Cognos reports, dashboards, and scorecards.• Gather and analyse business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.• Create and maintain data models (Framework Manager / DMR / cubes) to support reporting needs.• Develop and optimise complex reports with SQL queries and data transformations.• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of reports anddashboards.• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and data teams for report validation and UAT.• Maintain and support Cognos environments, including troubleshooting production issues.• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data warehousing best practices.• Document technical designs, processes, and report specifications.Who You AreRequired skills and experience• Strong experience with IBM Cognos Analytics / Cognos BI Suite(Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Framework Manager)• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modelling• Experience in building
