This department is comprised of fleet and regulatory compliance experts who clients rely on to off-load the time consuming / complex tasks of managing driver safety and vehicle compliance. Trouble-shoots vendor processing errors as appropriate.Monitors workload and document processing to ensure orders are completed within established turnaround times. Works with Compliance Specialists and Service Operations Specialists to obtain and/or validate client information. Updates information in all applicable systems.Assists coworkers with questions on processes related to obtaining documents and vendor functions.
