Working closely with our agency partner, you’ll set the direction for budget allocation, testing and optimisation, challenge execution with hands-on platform expertise, and ensure investment is measured against genuine business impact rather than platform-reported results alone.You will:Own Midnite’s Paid Social strategy and commercial performance across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms.Recommend and govern budget allocation, applying clear scale, hold and stop decisions based on incremental impact, CPA, FTD growth, NGR payback and cohort quality.Lead incrementality testing through geo-tests, audience holdouts and lift studies.Own creative testing, partnering with Creative and Brand to generate repeatable performance insights.Oversee and challenge agency optimisation across campaign structure, bidding, tracking and landing pages.Partner across Performance Marketing, Product, Data and Compliance to deliver joined-up, measurable and compliant Paid Social activity.Identify new growth opportuniti
