Job Description:The Sr Director, Curriculum Strategy & Future Skills drives the strategy for Pluralsight's content coverage, with a forward-looking mandate to identify, shape, and teach the skills of the future. This role translates emerging technology trends, workforce shifts, and market signals into a cohesive curriculum strategy that ensures Pluralsight remains the industry leader in skills development.The Sr Director, Curriculum Strategy & Future Skills partners closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders to deliver innovative, future-focused learning experiences. They also collaborate continuously with Pluralsight's global author community and technical SMEs, leveraging this collective intelligence to enable scalable, high-quality content development.
