Job Summary: The Equipment Superintendent is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient management of construction equipment on site from mobilization through demobilization. This role supervises and directs operations within the equipment department, including craft activities and subordinate supervisors, ensuring equipment is available, properly inspected, maintained, fueled, and safe to operate. Additionally, the superintendent ensures all equipment operations align with project requirements, health, safety, and environmental objectives, as well as Bechtel core processes, while maintaining schedules, budgets, and performing general supervisory
