Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics, Cross-USRM Analytics

Description Every customer who stays, or leaves, has a story. As a senior analyst on our Cross-USRM Analytics and Enablement team, you'll be the one who finds it. You'll combine operational data, and customer survey data to uncover what really drives retention. Then you'll bring those insights to senior leaders who can act on them. If you love turning messy, unconventional data into clear answers that shape how we serve our customers, we'd love to meet you.The Cross-USRM Analytics and Enablement team in the Experience Research department is looking for a senior analyst to help progress initiatives within the Retention and Customer Research spaces.The ideal candidate is curious, has strong analytical and technical skills, and is comfortable working with a variety of data sources and tools. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex concepts to audiences across functions and levels.Responsibilities:Performs complex analysis within Snowflake/SAS with strategic impact on business operations and/or functional groupsUtilizes quantitative and qualitative data within the Customer Research space to drive insights and uncover customer pain pointsSynthesizes data from internal and external sources to produce meaningful observations and recommendationsPresents findings and recommendations and leads discussions with senior leadership at the functional or department levelWorks with non-traditional data sources across departmentsProvides advanced operational consulting support and improves reporting as necessaryIdeal experience includes:Intermediate SQL and Snowflake skillsFamiliarity with Python and CortexExperience with qualitative and/or unstructured data (a plus)An inquisitive, collaborative mindset and comfort working across teamsThis position will have in-office requirements if you are located within 50 miles of Portsmouth, NH, Boston, MA, Seattle, WA or Plano, TX Qualifications Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 3 years, typically 4 or more
