This role serves as lead for Retro deduction processes. Additionally, the Analyst guides the global benefits team in administering Qualified Life Events (QLE) and new hire changes, ensuring timely responses to benefits inquiries from colleagues, managers, or HR via Zendesk, and auditing and updating Workday benefits and demographic data.Job ResponsibilitiesData Management & Auditing: Provides guidance and works closely with the global benefits team to manage data within Workday, performing various audits to ensure accuracy and running reports to update data as needed.Operational Support: Provides guidance and serve as backup support to the global Benefits team for administering Qualified Life Events (QLE) and new hire changes.Workday Enhancements/Updates: Submits JIRA requests and works closely with HRIS/HRIT to correct or modify Workday processes and dataZenDesk Macros: Identify and coordinate updates to macros for benefit events (open enrollment, new hire, QLE, etc.)Payroll: Act as primary lead for the Retro deduction process each payroll cycleBenefits Administration Backup: May serve as backup for Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration, FSA/HSA and 401k administration.Requ
