Activities include design and testing of circuits, PCB layouts, and electromagnetic devices as required. Develop test specifications for production use. Analyze product field failure specimens and/or production test failure specimens for root cause identification and corrective action. Perform and supervise the testing of new designs, processes, warranty improvements and cost reductions. Coordinates the activities of technical support personnel.
