Description and RequirementsThe Operations Analyst (OA) is responsible for tracking, reporting, analyzing, supporting, and summarizing operations processes and data. The OA position assists with various departmental activities that may or may not include ensuring policy adherence, managing workflows, reconciling reports, maintenance and testing of system related changes, tracking production, validating automated processes, and/or monitoring workflows. The OA owns the accuracy and timeliness of reported data as well as communication and resolution of identified issues involving reports and trends.Duties & Responsibilities:Complete daily, weekly and monthly analysis, reports, summaries and dashboardsReceive and respond to inquiries and complaints and interface with internal and external personnelSupport audit, compliance and regulatory responsibilitiesMeet SLA guidelines in creating files, reconciling information, executing system batches, etc.Identify solutions to issues related to the performance of the business operations and report findings and recommendations to management for process improvementParticipate in systems testing and validation for various operations systemsWork directly with other teams or business units as a subject matter expert to understand objectives and dependencies to ensure consistencyMay serve as a departmental liaison with vendors or internal clientsApply basic to complex analytics, data manipulation and/or data queriesAdditional duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.Experience working in Microsoft product suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelManipulation and creation of Excel spreadsheets; including but not limited to standardizing reports across multiple sheets, utilizing v-Lookups and functions/formulas, creating, using and interpreting pivot tables, filtering and formatting to generate desired resultsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accr
