Sales Solutions Architect | Strategic Accounts

What's the role? The HERE Business & Solution Architecture team helps customers achieve their business objectives through the use of HERE products and services. As a Strategic Accounts Sales Solution Architect, you will work directly with HERE's largest and most complex customers to understand business and technical requirements, design solutions, validate architectures, and help customers successfully adopt HERE technologies. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and customer technical teams throughout the sales cycle. Success in this role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, customer-facing communication skills, solution design capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex customer problems, is comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, and approaches customer engagements with curiosity and a partnership mindset.
