This role is a 50/50 blend of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, supporting a remote workforce while helping attract, hire, and retain top talent across legal, immigration, and business operations functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who is equally comfortable managing payroll and benefits as they are sourcing and recruiting candidates. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and help build scalable people processes to support continued growth.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources- Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, and employee support.- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.- Manage workforce planning, employee onboarding, and offboarding activities.- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.- Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.- Maintain HRIS and employee documentation.- Partner with leadership on workforce management and organizational planning.Talent Acquisition- Lead full-cycle recruiting for legal, immigration, paralegal, attorney, case management, and corporate support positions.
