Our team of 700 colleagues from 60+ nations shares a passion for tech, an ambition for constant improvement, and a relentless drive to bring the best experience to more than 40k holiday rental hosts and 4 million annual guests.Your future teamYou will be part of the Paid Search team, the growth engine of Holidu's Performance Marketing: we run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across all Holidu domains and brands in Europe, on both sides of the marketplace - Guest (B2C, bookings) and Host (B2B, lead generation). We are a small, international and highly analytical team: value-based bidding at scale, our own bidding infrastructure, and data-driven in every decision. We work AI-first, and we are early: as marketers, we build our own analyses, automations and internal apps with LLM tooling (mainly Claude), together with our MarTech team. The team is led by Andreas, who has two decades of experience in digital marketing, and you will work closely with Rasmus, one of Holidu's Co-Founders.What you will doThis role suits a proactive builder: strong numerical mindset, comfortable creating structure where none exists yet, at home in both strategy and hands-on execution.Own large-scale Search Engine Advertising across multiple European markets (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), from account structure to value-based bidding that grows efficientlyChallenge how we do paid search today: question our bidding logic, structures and processes, and bring perspectives we have not considered.
