Principal Technical Producer, Account Management - Central Technology

As a Principal Technical Producer on Central Tech's Account Management team, you will co-lead the Duo-model engagement system alongside a senior technical counterpart, serving as the clear front door for Riot's internal customers. In this role, you will streamline customer demand into actionable priorities through structured rituals and decision-making, while reinforcing the Product Menu to minimize bespoke, reactive intake. Partnering closely with engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders, you will build a predictable, scalable engagement model that enhances roadmap alignment, maximizes visibility, and drives successful delivery across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead the customer-facing account management side of the Duo model, partnering with a senior technical counterpart to create a unified and high-trust interface between Central Tech and assigned customers. Shape and evolve how Central Tech engages with customers by improving the mechanisms, rituals, and artifacts that support the Duo model at scale. Help customers navigate Central Tech's Product Menu by translating needs into standard offerings where possible and clearly identifying when work is bespoke, cross-functional, or requires escalation. Partner with stakeholders to translate customer goals, constraints, and dependencies into clear plans, priorities, and actionable work. Lead roadmap alignment, prioritization, and tradeoff conversations so customer asks are grounded in strategic outcomes rather than reactive intake.
