Here you'll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.Role Description:A Senior Rates eTrading Development Lead is required to modernize and expand our front office eTrading platforms that support Rates products across multiple lines of businesses globally. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that will bring expertise in software engineering best practices, architecting and building low latency D2C and D2D algos, market data connectivity, execution workflows, internalization, and pricing. This role will help lead the technical architecture and delivery of strategic initiatives that span across business enablement/growth, platform modernization, stability, performance, and innovation. The candidate will have deep experience in front-office eTrading sy
