As an Integration Engineer, you will improve the e-commerce experience for hundreds of millions of users across the world by providing first level technical support to e-commerce companies (our customers) as they integrate their websites and mobile applications with Constructor's platform. This includes:Onboarding support - Collaborating with customers to understand their technical integration needs and assist them through the integration processAPI and library education - Providing expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and utilizing open source librariesTroubleshooting - Helping resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teamsIndex configuration - Working with customers to ensure their product catalogs are properly configured, including uploading catalog data, configuring facets, searchabilities, sort orders, and retrieving resultsCommunication - Acting as a liaison between customers and other technical resources, responding promptly to inquiries with clear explanationsProcess improvement - Documenting customer interactions, common issues, and solutions, improving integration documentation and customer onboardingRequirementsProven experience in customer support or technical support rolesKnowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer supportStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with structured data formats (JSON, CSV) and basic search/index conceptsFamiliarity with debugg
