As a key core member of the team, the candidate will be working alongside the Solution Architect, Technical Lead and other Developers within the team in a highly collaborative environment.Key responsibilities: Building a trusted partnership with Product Owners and DevelopersOverseeing product backlog delivery (enhancements & projects)Understands the product's business needs in high-level and provides technical consulting relevant to those needsAlign with business priorities owned by Security Operations Product owner (e.g compliance)Liaises with Solution Architects for architectural guidanceOverseeing the requirements collection and assists with effort estimates, where appropriateLiaises with Testing activities for quality assuranceKeeps up to date with the ServiceNow roadmap for their respective modulesImplement user stories and peer reviews to support other developers. Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion guiding the organisation.Supports Administrators in case of expert help required to solve production issues with the productEnsures reusable Knowledge is captured as part of project & enhancement deliveryLeads and provides mentoring and gui
