This role ensures that partner program and experience decisions are grounded in data - tracking partner health, program performance, commercial outcomes, and operational efficiency across the full partner motion. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for VP and senior leadership, and has the technical capability to both pull and manage the data infrastructure as well as interpret and communicate what it means.ResponsibilitiesPartner Performance MeasurementDefine and maintain the partner performance measurement framework - partner health scoring, program KPIs, pipeline contribution, tier attainment, compliance rates, and partner NPSBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into partner and program performanceDesign the leading and lagging indicator framework that allows the Activation Factory to anticipate partner attrition, disengagement, and performance gaps before they become criticalData Management & InfrastructureOwn the partner analytics data infrastructure - defining the data sources, ensuring data quality, and building the pipelines that feed perfo
