As Quality and Lean Leader, you will own and drive an integrated operational excellence strategy across the (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC regions) EMEAA Pole full value stream. Reporting to the SPS Business Operations Leader and the EMEAA Pole General Manager, this role is pivotal in delivering safe, reliable, and consistently high-quality solutions that meet customer and regulatory expectations. You will embed Safety, Quality, and Lean principles deep into all operations, leading a high-performing team of Quality & Lean professionals. This is a senior leadership role with broad influence - spanning operations leadership, Value Stream transformation, suppliers, and customers. You will be the driving force behind continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), delivering measurable value to customers and shareholders alike.
