Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Rep - Patient Customer Service within the Revenue Cycle Management Division to join our team.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm ESTTraining hours: 9am to 6pm ESTResponsibilitiesAnswer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office or private insurance carriers.Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phoneMaintain performance goalsAbility to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training programMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1 year or more customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications1 year or more high volume call center experience1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits1 year or more patient billingA
