You are embedded with your team - daily standup, code review, architectural calls, delivery planning, and performance management - and you own both the team's output and the team's growth.<br>This is a genuinely technical & leadership role. You are expected to write and review code, be a credible voice in architectural decisions, and stay current in your team's stack.
