Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The RoleNon-Functional & OAT Tester with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain.The role involves ensuring that critical banking applications meet all security, scalability, and operational readiness requirements before production go-live.The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize performance, resilience, failover, backup & recovery, security and DR tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with operational standards and SLAs.The candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in system operations, infrastructure testing, and service management processes.Skills/Key Responsibilities8+ years of experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT) and OAT within BFSI applications.Strong understanding of network, middleware, database tuning, and monitoring toolsExperience in Planning, designing, and executing the Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) cases to validate production readiness.Experience with failover, high-availability, DR drills in On-Perm environment, operational monitoring and backup/restore procedures validationHands on experience in RTGS Systems ( SWIFT , PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications)Key ResponsibilitiesTest non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, reliability, and availability.Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting systems are in place and functional.Ensure reliability, scal
