You resolve major and complex incidents, drive root-cause analysis and durable fixes, and administer the collaboration tenant/platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality. The role combines deep Collaboration expertise (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) with collaboration platform administration (Microsoft 365 tenant settings, Entra ID access controls) within an ITIL-aligned operational model.Who You AreKey Skills • Intermediate administration of Microsoft 365 Collaboration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online) • Operational Entra ID administration (users, groups, licenses, RBAC; awareness of Conditional Access) • Basic PowerShell and scripting usage for operational tasks • ITIL Foundation mindset; security awareness; structured and reliable executionLanguages • English: professional working proficiency required • French: B2 minimumPreferred Certifications • MS‑102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) • SC‑300 (Identity and Access Administrator) • MS‑700 (Teams Administrator) • ITIL v4 FoundationRequired Experience • 1-5 years in Microsoft 365 collaboration or platform administration/support • Experience in Level‑2 operations, incident/request handling and standard change executionBeing YouThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have
