Job Description SummaryThe purpose of this role is to perform the Turnkey installation/termination of all electrical conduit, SS tubing, power/communication cabling and hardware from customer XFMR cabinet to the GE Monitoring and Diagnostic products. Will require delivering quality onsite and remote service support to customers questions or concerns.Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Perform installation and service work on state-of-the-art transformer monitoring equipmentManage installation projects, coordinating with various customer contacts and internal GE Sales and Service teamsPerform troubleshooting and fault finding to Printed Circuit Board (PCB) levelLiaise effectively with customers in job planning, execution, follow-up, and sales support, and internally with various teams to ensure process excellenceEHS Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Leadership, conduct field work in compliance with applicable regulations and ensure accurate employee safety practicesAct as a primary technical resource for on-site work and lead in resolving engineering and product issues. Providing technical direction to skilled labor while performing work on customer sites and equipment to assure the executed work reflects the quality standards and attention to detail that maintains a professional image both customer and GE VernovaProvide installation and service direction on-site and remotely, including repairs, replacements, and rebuilds, for a range of equipment vintages, sizes, and application typesProvide both external and internal timely, accurate, professional reportsProvide, audit, and implement quality control requirements for on-site repair and upgrades in compliance with Engineering and Product Department standardsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 5 years of experience in Field Services and Maintenance.)Desired Characteristics Minimum of 2 years of advanced experience in the
