Are you a digital transformation leader ready to architect the AI-driven future of the Energy sector?
This is not a standard process optimization role. We are looking for a Lead Value Engineer to own customer success and drive high-stakes SaaS and AI adoption across top-tier O&G enterprise accounts. You will serve as the strategic bridge—translating complex business needs into technical strategy. As a trusted advisor to C-suite executives (COO, CFO, CTO), you will blend deep operational Oil & Gas DNA with elite management consulting and an AI-first mindset to realize maximum customer value.This role is located in New York City (Hybrid) OR Greater Houston Area (Remote)
The work you’ll do:
Value Selling & Realization: Map how the Celonis platform accelerates and underpins the customer’s enterprise AI strategy. Take end-to-end accountability for massive ROI targets. Craft board-level executive narratives and lead complex, multi-workstream value workshops.
Stakeholder Management: Execute C-level orchestration, cultivating powerful executive sponsorship across the C-suite. Drive lasting adoption by co-owning enterprise-wide change management and building advanced CoE operating models for total self-sufficiency.
