The role covers day-to-day IT support tasks currently handled by the team, including hardware setup, ticket triage, and office technology support.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond to and resolve first-line IT support tickets, escalating complex issues to Level 2 or 3 as needed</li> <li>Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and other hardware for new starters and existing staff</li> <li>Support office print infrastructure, including troubleshooting printers and managing print queues</li> <li>Manage user account requests, such as password resets and access changes</li> <li>Maintain
