Areas and functions where the intern will be assigned• Governance and meeting support, including agenda coordination, meeting materials, action logs, decisions, and follow-up tracking.• Records and documentation management, including organizing approved files, maintaining trackers, and supporting evidence repositories.• Administrative support for PIF, UDF, and Calero activities, including data gathering, meeting preparation, and routine status updates.• IT financial and expense support, including weekly variance tracking, invoice and accounts-payable discrepancy follow-up, and maintenance of supporting documentation.• Contract administration support, including renewal calendars, document organization, stakeholder follow-ups, and status tracking for negotiations and expirations.• Service request coordination, including preparing submissions, monitoring progress, maintaining logs, and following up with requestors and service teams. PMO Administrative support including project portfolio analysis, Status updates from project Managers, and Project Financial analysis.    • General operational support to the IT Business Control, Governance & PMO team, including preparation of summaries, dashboards, presentations, and recurring manag
